Beyond Health Medspa’s Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposit Policy

At Beyond Health Family Medical Practice Inc. (BEYOND HEALTH MEDSPA), (BHM) we require a non-refundable deposit of $50 USD for all consultations and treatments, including those offered free of charge. (Some exceptions apply.)

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you fail to provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling, the $50 deposit will be forfeited. Similarly, failure to show up for your appointment (“No Show”) will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Short-Notice Appointments: If an appointment is made within a 24-hour period and then needs to be canceled, you must do so at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited or you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours, which is why we have a structured cancellation policy. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any charges.

  • Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • No Shows: Failing to attend your scheduled appointment without giving notice will also result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

  • Short-Notice Appointments: For appointments booked within a 24-hour window, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the appointment to avoid charges.

Confirmation Reminders: We will send you a confirmation reminder 2 days before your scheduled treatment. If we do not receive confirmation at least 24 hours in advance, your appointment may be automatically canceled. Please let us know if you’re unable to attend so we can offer your slot to another patient.

Refund Policy

At BEYOND HEALTH MEDSPA, we offer high-quality, irrevocable goods and services. Therefore, our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness.

By purchasing services with Beyond Health MedSpa, you authorize Beyond Health MedSpa to pre-order any required products, including prescriptions, in advance. After approving your treatment, you will be responsible for all costs associated with that portion of your treatment. In the event you desire to cancel a purchased package at any time, Beyond Health MedSpa may approve the cancellation, however, you will remain responsible for the full cost of the purchased package including all products, prescriptions, and supplies that have already been ordered. Under no circumstance will a refund be given.

  • Services Rendered: We do not issue refunds for any product, package, or service that has already been used or injected during your treatment.

  • Packages or Series Treatments:

    • If a package or series of treatments has started, these services will be considered rendered, even if the full series has not been completed.

    • If you discontinue treatment midway, a partial credit may be provided after the regular cost of services used has been deducted from the total amount paid for the package. You will not receive discounted pricing on treatments if the package is not fully completed.

    • All packages are non-refundable after 30 days or once the first session has been rendered.

  • Refunds for Unrendered Services:

    • If no services have been rendered, you may request a refund in writing. Refunds will be issued; however, a $150 consultation fee will be deducted from the total paid.

    • Please note that refunds can take up to 15 business days to process.
